The support-email drafter I built
Every business I have looked at has a support inbox where the same handful of questions come in over and over. Where is my order. How do I change my plan. What is the returns policy. None of it is hard, but each reply still costs someone the minutes it takes to find the account, check the details, and write it out in the company's voice.
I wanted to take the typing off that person without taking away their judgement. So I built a drafter that checks the inbox every 15 minutes, reads what has arrived, and writes a reply from the company's own policy documents. The draft lands in a folder next to the original email, ready for someone to read, adjust, and send.
I built it for my own inbox first, then shaped it from what I kept having to correct.
What it does not do
It never sends. Every draft waits for a person to read it, change what they want, and send it. It works only from the company's own documents, and when the answer is not in them it says so in the draft rather than guessing.
The recording
A drafted reply waiting for a person, every 15 minutes.
