I'm Ajay Kumar. I live in Calgary, and I help local owners get repetitive operations work off their desks.
I have spent 9 years building software and shipped more than 50 custom web and mobile apps.
Why I do this
After years of building software for other businesses, I kept seeing the same problem. Owners did not always need another app. They needed a way to stop doing the same small tasks by hand every day.
That is the work I focus on now. Good automation should remove work from your day, not give you another tool to manage.
How I work
I start in your office, watching the work as it happens. The jobs that cost the most are usually the ones nobody thinks to mention on a call, so I go and look for them.
Then I work out what's worth automating and stay accountable for it until it's running in your business. If something isn't worth it, I'll say so.
What I build
If there's already a tool that does the job well, I'll recommend it, and I'll only have something built when nothing out there fits how you work.
The goal is not to add another tool to your day. It is to remove a job from it, using the systems you already rely on wherever possible.
Where I am
I am based in Calgary, Alberta. The first call can be by phone, over coffee or on Google Meet. If there is something worth fixing, I run the workflow audit in person, so I take on work close to home.
A short call is enough to find out whether this is worth your time. If there is something worth automating, I will come and find it.
