I'm Ajay Kumar. I live in Calgary, and I help local owners get repetitive operations work off their desks.
I have spent 9 years building software and shipped more than 50 custom web and mobile apps.
Why I do this
After years of building software for other businesses, I kept seeing the same problem. Owners did not always need another app. They needed a way to stop doing the same small tasks by hand every day.
That is the work I focus on now. Good automation should remove work from your day, not give you another tool to manage.
How I work
I start by watching how the work actually gets done. The manual work that costs you the most is rarely the work you think to mention on a call, so I come to your office and look for it.
Then I decide what is worth automating, plan the solution, and stay accountable until it is running in your business. If something is not worth automating, I will tell you that too.
What I build
When an off-the-shelf tool fits the way you work, I will tell you to use it. When it does not, I design a custom system around the way your business actually runs.
The goal is not to add another tool to your day. It is to remove a job from it, using the systems you already rely on wherever possible.
Where I am
I am based in Calgary, Alberta. The first call is remote. If there is something worth fixing, I run the workflow audit in person, so I take on work close to home.
A short call is enough to find out whether this is worth your time. If there is something worth automating, I will come and find it.
