I take the manual
work off your desk.
6+ hours a week back on manual work. 9 years building software.
I'm an AI & automation expert in Calgary. I find the repetitive work that eats your week, and I automate it. I use AI where it genuinely helps, and plain code where it doesn't.
If there's something worth doing, I come to you and run a free workflow audit in person.

The problem, and the solution I build
Most Calgary owners I meet are doing two or three hours of work a day that a machine should be doing. Copying data from one tool into another. Chasing invoices nobody has time to chase.
It doesn't feel like a problem. It feels like the job.
It isn't the job.
And I plug into whatever you already run, rather than asking you to change how you run your business.
6+ hours a week, back
Project Services Global was handling email by hand, hunting for tenders by hand, and reading through documents by hand.
I built them an auto-reply that handles the email triage, and a daily search that has their tenders waiting in one sheet at 6am instead of someone going looking for them.
Two changes. More than six hours a week back, on those two tasks alone.

You get the person who does the work
I sit in your office and watch the work being done, because the jobs that cost you the most are usually ones you wouldn't think to mention on a call. Then I plan what to build and stay on it until it's running in your business.
Nobody hands you off after the sale. The person who maps your business is the person who stays accountable for what gets built, and the person you call when something breaks.
If nothing off the shelf fits how you work, I'll have it built around your business instead. I've spent 9 years building custom software, so the work that doesn't fit a template can still be automated.
Calgary. 9 years building software, 50+ web and mobile products shipped.
How it works
A short call
It can be by phone, over coffee or on Google Meet, and I'll ask how a normal week runs and where your time goes.
A free workflow audit
When there's work worth automating, I'll come to your office and sit with your team to see which work is done by hand. The audit is free, and you'll keep the list of what can and can't be automated whether or not you hire me.
You see it working in week one
I'll build it in pieces, so you'll be using the first one within a week instead of waiting months for the whole thing.
The risk is mine, not yours
- The audit is free, and you keep the list of what can be automated whether or not you hire me.
- If I don't deliver what I promised, you get your money back.
- Anything that breaks in the first month after delivery, I fix free.
Questions I get asked
What does it cost?
- The audit is free, and you keep what it produces either way. What a build costs depends on what the audit finds, so I don't quote before I've seen the work. You get a number on the back of the audit, and you decide then.
Can't my team just do this in-house?
- Your team knows your business. They don't know automation, and that's a 9 year skillset, not a weekend project. I do the heavy lifting and the homework, and your people stay on the actual job.
It isn't a good time. Can this wait?
- I build in pieces you can start using straight away, so there's no big rollout and nothing to move over. The audit is free, and if nothing here is worth doing right now, you'll hear that from me.
Isn't AI risky?
- I plug into the tools you already run instead of asking you to replace them, and you approve each piece as I ship it. Anything that breaks in the first month after delivery, I fix free.
Will you understand my business?
- That's what the audit is for. I come in and watch the work happen before I propose anything. 9 years of building software for other people's businesses is 9 years of learning businesses I didn't come from.
Will I get oversold?
- No. If nothing in your business is worth building, that's the answer you get, and the audit still costs you nothing.
What's the one task that eats the most time in your week?
Book a call. If there's something worth automating, I'll come and find it.
